I was having marital difficulties with my husband and wanted to explore leaving the relationship but I have been unable to do so because of my current financial difficulties.

With assistance from Annette I decided to work on developing my career in order to increase my financial situation to enable me to manage my marital issues with a clearer outlook.

When I have tried to solve the problem alone it became overwhelming and made it impossible for me to find options.

Working with Annette has made me feel strong, focused, and above all, I discovered the power in my thoughts. Annette has taught me how to change my thoughts and how this change my feelings.

I realised the sessions were helping me solve my problem was when I decided to go to a couple therapist. I began working on my coaching business looking at how I could attract clients and attend training opportunities to increase my coaching activities.

Although, I have much work to do, I feel hopeful and that I am the best accomplice of myself.

I was feeling low in confidence especially with my new job, as I’d been having a strong sense of impostor syndrome, which actually was a starting point where I explored other feelings as well.

Sessions were a little scary to begin with, but I felt it was super useful to talk through my feelings to someone that would listen without judgement and understand my worries and see them as legitimate. Being able to discuss various aspects of my life helped me understanding why I was feeling the way I did.

Being able to explore my feeling with Annette really helped me understand where I was in my life, what had got me to that point and really joining the dots with my feelings, at first they felt quite isolated but there was a lot of related points between the different aspects of my life.

When discussing all the things we did and discovering they are all intertwined, having an impact on each other. Whilst being able to connect with myself using certain exercises like the wheel of the life, was really helpful. Making things seem more manageable. Which gave me a holistic vantage point making me feel like I could tackle what my problems were.

Life is looking more optimistic after having my time with Annette, it’s been great to start exploring how I felt, and trying to find answers to the questions I have. Which has helped me take control and feel more empowered. I know that I need to take my time to make real positive changes to my life. And Annette has really helped give me the tools to do that.

Since starting my life coaching sessions with Annette, I’ve been manifesting my goals like crazy in such a short space of time. Annette’s sessions has really helped me to put my goals into perspective, and offers sound advice when my goals need “reshaping” .

We had bi-weekly calls to track my progress, and reflect on what we discussed in the last session and to see what’s changed since. I would highly recommend life coaching sessions with Annette, and she’s the BEST cheerleader too!

The warmest regards,
Sade x

I had identified a number of areas in my life that I wanted to change.  Two of those areas were my failure to teach my children how to cook mainly because I didn’t feel confident in myself and also the sedentary lifestyle that I had developed with absolutely no exercise.

It was the combination of me approaching a significant age together with my son leaving home for university that led me to face the realisation that I needed to make changes urgently and that if I didn’t do it now I never would.  It felt demoralising to me that I was creating a poor model for my children and not equipping then with the life skills that they needed. Regarding my inert lifestyle, I felt sluggish both physically and mentally.

Annette was able to help unlock the solution to the way forward for me.  She was non-judgemental and provided me with achievable steps towards achieving my goals.  Annette also suggested using the same means of organisation as I do in my work which made perfect sense.   My change was not immediate but she was patient and supportive.  As we scheduled in the following appointments,  it was also useful for me to have someone whom I was accountable to.

I realised that I had made positive changes when I found myself absolutely embracing cooking – going out of my way to try different recipes. This is something I had never done before.   I have also now managed to get my children involved; not as much as I wanted to but it is definitely improving as time progresses. In relation to exercise, I have now invested in a cross trainer and have implemented it as part of my daily routine. Starting off the day with exercise has been invigorating and enables me to feel more energised throughout the day.

On a more general level, having now achieved tangible goals, I feel more confident about setting myself new sights by adopting the same methods that Annette used with me.

Ultimately I would fully recommend investing in Annette’s life coaching. She has literally changed my life.

My problem was self doubt in my own abilities and how to take the next step in my business. I was unclear on where to start.

I was confused and overwhelmed. From our first conversation I knew Annette was the one who could help. She was reassuring, calming and had great insight.

Now I feel more focused and in control around my business thanks to Annette. She is a really good listener and is able to identify things that are hidden from view.

If you are feeling overwhelmed confused you need to see this lady.

Thank you again for your help and I wish that you can help many many more people to make a positive change in their lives.

Before starting with Annette, I had social anxiety that made me overthink every single interaction with others, both in my personal and professional life. More specifically, I was going through a challenging time change at work.I felt like I was a really unlikable person and I would feel really guilty for everything. Standing up for myself would make me panic to the point that I would let people disrespect me or not feel comfortable when I would say no.

I really felt overwhelmed because I didn’t know what to do. I had been in the situation before, both in my professional and my personal life. I would normally walk away from the situation not knowing how to solve it and probably let that relationship die. I felt stuck and I really came to the point where I needed a new perspective and ways to help avoid making the same mistakes repeatedly.

We talked through the phone and she helped me have a change of perspective. She gave me little “homework” which was a lot of thinking and a few tasks . Annette introduced me to new ways of reacting to situations. She was really understanding, supportive and positive. By following up, I felt like I wasn’t alone whether I was having little or big wins, or fails. As well, she made me feel accountable to make progress. She was motivating and she made me want to fail faster.I found to be weirdly excited to have a “problem”, try new ways of confronting it and debriefing about how it went. Replacing problems by challenges. Before meeting Annette, I felt like my issue was a “preschool” level problem and therefore I have never talked about it to anyone else before. Our discussion was free of any judgement. The shame of even having this problem in the first place was gone quickly and replace by empathy and positivity.

On the first few days, I quickly noticed a change in the way i was dealing with difficulties. I had to list my none negotiable boundaries and this task, which was quite hard for me, was an incredible eye-opener. I gain more confidence in standing up for myself because I knew where to draw the line. I replace my guilty gut feeling by a clear and confident understanding of what I am ready to accept from others.
As well, as I was applying Annette’s advice, I started to build up my confidence on the little successes.

A couple of months down the line, I am still getting use to set boundaries instead of flying away. I will need a bit more time for advice to become habits and to see the positive effects in my social circle.Although, I feel more confident and open with people as today I deeply believe that there is a solution to any situation. My stress has probably been cut by 95%. Which is a huge relief. There are still some situations where I feel a bit panicked occasionally, but I try to keep in mind my boundaries and keep a positive sight on the situation.

I am really happy and hopeful. I know what my boundaries are and I understand how to make sure that others understand them. I feel like I have more room to breathe.

Annette has truly helped me reach my career goals! We’ve had a number of sessions, and she has helped me goal post how I can realistically achieve each objective, and breaking it down into baby steps. She makes the impossible sound possible. Thank you so much.

Working with Annette has enabled me to review underlying issues connected to my limiting beliefs. She helped me look at solutions to those issues as well as identify my why’s. As a result I have started to journal to explore my thoughts.
